We do not deliver to customers who have not reached the necessary minimum age for alcohol acquisition. Depending on the country, this can be from 16, from 18 or from 21 years. If you still order, we will cancel the order at your expense. If you want to be sure, you can book the age verification (only Germany) of DHL in the store. Then your delivery will only be issued to adults.

Fulfillment statuses:

  • Awaiting Processing: the default fulfillment status for new orders, indicating that the order is awaiting fulfillment.
  • Processing: the order is in the process of fulfillment, but is not yet ready for shipping. When your goods are in stock, we start processing them-
  • Allocated for next batch: If your product is not in stock, your order will have to wait until we can place the next batch with the brewery.
  • Assigned to brewery: When the necessary batch size is reached, we hand over the order to the brewery.
  • Ready for Pickup: the order is ready to be picked up from our pickup point.
  • Shipped: the order has been shipped (often confirmed with a tracking number).
  • Delivered: the shipping provider has delivered the order.
  • Returned: orders that the customer has returned.

We are just building up our business and therefore ONLY deliver within Germany for the time being. But we are already working on 36 other countries:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.

Non-€ zone, but EU

Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Sweden.

Non-€ zone and Non-EU

Bosnia & Herzegovina, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

Outside Europe

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States.

No shipping

We are currently unable to ship alcoholic beer to: Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and United Arab Emirates.

National shipping

For deliveries in Germany we offer the three suppliers DHL, DPD and GLS. We usually deliver directly from the brewery and therefore a pickup is not yet possible. The different delivery services allow different weight classes. It may therefore be that a product combination is no longer covered by a delivery service. In this case, the delivery service is automatically hidden. For DHL the maximum weight is 31.5 kg, for DPD 20.0 kg and for GLS 40.0 kg. Limited goods we store in Cologne, for these goods, in addition to the above three delivery services, pickup is also possible. Details will be provided in the product details.

Shipping costs

Our smallest package size is 20 cans. Depending on the order quantity, we may violate the upper limit with a delivery service. In that case we have to send several packages.

Discount promotions can add free shipping terms to the shipping table. The customer then has an additional option at checkout, e.g. when exceeding a certain order quantity.

Pickups are currently free of charge.

Order processing and delivery times

Fresh

We are a small Web3 brewery and have no or few storage areas. We brew for you therefore mostly fresh and must wait for a certain minimum order quantity. Currently, this batch size is about 120 cans of one variety. However, we clearly mark in the store whether the goods are in stock or have longer delivery times.

Delivery time / preperation time

If goods are available, the delivery time is usually 1 to 2 days. Until the goods can be accepted by the delivery service, preperation time usually take another 1-2 days. For details see the product details.

Pickup times

... are automatically stored in the store, but can also be negotiated depending on the situation.


Payment options

No Cash

We only support electronic or digital payment methods, no cash or card payment methods on site, in case of pickup. Those who want to pay on the site must use digital providers such as PayPal.

Wire transfer / SEPA

Within the € zone, low-cost bank transfers via SEPA are available. In this case, the customer is sent an invoice with bank details. Until the money is received, the goods will remain in the warehouse or the order will remain unprocessed.

Digital Payment Gateways / International payments

For faster payments, we offer digital services such as PayPal and Stripe, which also covers major credit cards. Different currencies are also converted in real time through these services.

Crpyto

In addition, we also support payment with cryptocurrencies. For this we use the service plisio.net. There are theoretically 15 different cryptocurrencies available, but we only accept Bitcoin and Ethereum.

SEPA

To execute SEPA transfers you need online banking access at your bank. If you do not have access, please contact your bank.

Please transfer the invoice amount as soon as possible, because we can deliver the goods only after receipt of payment on our account. Please make sure to indicate the order number and transfer the amount to the following account details:

Digital Payment Gateways

To make PayPal or Stripe payments, you need an account with the respective provider. Please follow the instructions on their websites.

PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay in online stores securely, easily and quickly. The payment is made through the PayPal website with your email address and a password and is completed within a few clicks. Since we receive an immediate payment confirmation from PayPal, the item usually reaches you sooner than with other payment methods. Your order is also secured by PayPal Buyer Protection.

Crpyto

To make crypto payments, you need a Bitcoin or Ethereum wallet. Please contact a broker of your choice. Many customers report that the free MetaMask wallet allows easy purchases from and transfers with crypto.
